Refund policy
Refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for an exchange with a product of equal value or store credit within 60 days.
For returns of custom work, you may receive a discount on a new custom request or existing product. We cannot provide store credit for the full cost of the custom work as its resale value to others may not be equivalent.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your product. We will pay for the shipping of your replacement product in the event of an exchange for a product of equal value.
